Start Outlook XP, and on the Tools menu click Accounts. Select Add a new email account from under the Email heading and click Next.

Select POP3 from the list of Server Types and click Next.

In the User Information fields, type your full name and email address. In the Server Information fields, type in your domain (ie. pop.your_domain_name.com) for Incoming (POP3).  For Outgoing (SMTP) use your outgoing mail server supplied by you Internet Service Provider (ie. ATT Broadband is mail.attbi.com). In the Logon Information fields fill out your User Name (entire email address) and Password that applies to your specified email account. Then click More Settings.

Finally, click Finish. You have successfully configured Outlook XP.
